Leroy Hendricks
President
Leroy began his career in custom building over 25 years ago working on various Building Crews to building homes for various cities throughout the NC Piedmont. Leroy formed his own company to focus on serving any level of buyer, offering an efficient building process for the luxury home market. Superior consumer value is created through an in-house integrated team process from architectural, interior and landscape design, efficient purchasing and professional field execution.
Tonya Hendricks
Manager
Tonya Hendricks is a dedicated healthcare professional with over nine years of experience in the industry. She currently works at Atrium Health's Levine Cancer Institute, where she specializes in assisting cancer patients. Tonya plays an integral role in Hendricks Builders, assisting her husband, Leroy Hendricks, the CEO, with administrative duties to help grow and expand the company.

How we do it
We follow a simple 7 step building process tailored to your home plan, location and budget. You will be a follow the work of your Builder from contract to keys as well as visit the site a pre-determined time frames to ensure that you’re getting your true dream home.
